When you drive a car and look through the windscreen it is like watching a film but on a bike your part of it. Your very correct about the mental health issues that motorcycling helps. I have been riding bikes since I was sixteen I am 69 now and I still enjoy it. With regards to the people who have unsubscribed because of political correctness or what ever let them go their the ones missing out. I personally have got no time for them. Stick to your guns and say it as it is.well done.

At 29 I've just started learning, its always something I've wanted to do and now the time is right. As it is for you, I love the craftsmanship of a beautiful-looking classic bike and I've got my heart set on a Royal Enfield, I'm going to get the gear to look the part also – Think wax jacket and a submariner! I had no idea how much it would improve my mental health, lessons and ride-outs with my instructors has been so fun, I come home beaming. And the scenery you really do appreciate 100x more than being in a car, you're at one with the landscape on a bike.

I can not wait to pass, to enjoy the freedom and be a part of the lifestyle. Great post ol' man.

There are many things in life that make it worth living with family and friends topping mine. For more than a few, riding a motorbike can be their part-time raison d'être. The bike is the means to an end and that being making one's life all the more enjoyable.

No man dies alone who has the memories of a lifetime within them.
