I have been using the clock for 7 years, Fell off the head, the factory
clock, due to corrosion, Turning to MERCURY TSUM SC (MOSCOW) . they told me
that they were not responsible, for the guarantee of hours, that they only have
service. I want to repair watches, under warranty, since it’s not my
fault from the rotten head, and for all manufacturers the warranty on through
corrosion starts from 10 years
