This video is part 2 of the DIY Rattle Can Spot Repair I did on the front bumper cover on my Corolla. We will only be spraying half the bumper and using minimal tools and materials, everything will be masked up instead of removing and refitting. This video we will carry out a minor repair, prepare and mask.

Part 3 will be paint procedure and part 4 will be polishing.

See part 1 for a full list of tools and materials you’ll need to carry out the repair and paint procedure.

Thanks for doing these videos. I'm going to spray my car on my own and I have a question on spraying the interior. Is there any way I can spray in the space without killing myself if I don't have an air fed mask?

Hey gunman ! Can you paint 2k over acrylic? Or does it have to come all off ?

Bought a couple of Colad blades from Spraygunsdirect a couple of orders ago, Haven't used them on plastic yet, but sure look like the work great. Great series Gunny. Thanks!

I have a question about if I can apply prime over clear coat or do I have to sand it down first?

The Stanley compressor”belt drive” is pretty ok for home repairs, got one when on special at the 399 mark

Hey gunman. I am an avid DeVilbiss user. I watch your channel quite a bit. I have yet to see a review on the Tekna prolites. That’s what I use here in the states and absolutely love them. Have you done a review? Also I have ran into a new spray gun line. The Atom spray guns, the x series. Half the price of sata and Iwata but identical or if not better spraying and build quality. Worth checking out.

Hi I just subscribed I’ve watched a few videos now . Do you spray straight over primer without sanding ?

Just wondering if it’s ok that’s all ?
