Reckon I see the scam here , deliberately raise the cost of gas to get higher EV sales, once they have higher EV sales whip up the cost of electricity because people are using too much Meanwhile the poxy battery acts like your torch batteries, less and less power with charging, so thousands of dollars for a new one.
Scotty was all saying even the most efficient Model 3 is still $25 to fully charged. His 93 Toyota Celica and my 98 Honda Civic is more efficient than that. NO EV for us
Pretty soon the cities will have inductive charging while you drive, courtesy of the taxpayer.

In my opinion, from being In the auto industry for 27 years, most customers see the the price of EV or even Hybrid battery replacement and decide it is time to trade. It has already happened where I work.
