So you are telling us, if this was any other custmer not your friend you would just tape it up and thats it?

Nice repair but heat shrink would of been better than tape IMO
I have a question.. My wiring harness is not long enough to reach all the connection how can i make them longer?
I need help the wiring to my alternator melted both the terminal and the wiring harness i need to find out why please help.

What in the hell! Gentlemen, no. Please this is completely incorrect. Wires should NEVER rely on the solder to transfer the energy through the circuit. The wire should be spliced and twisted tightly at multiple points on the splice, and THEN soldered to prevent corrosion on the contact points.
Why wouldn't you use shrink wrap?
