Hey Scotty speaking of possible engine problems, alot of people worried about Toyota using new 0w16 oil and 10,000 mile oil change intervals. 1, everyone thinks the oil is too thin and 2, 10,000 miles between oil changes will just make that already thin oil even worse. I know we can just get an oil change at 5,000 miles but alot of unknowing people will go to 10,000 miles thinking the manual will be fine. But that thin oil is worrying people. Can we ask Toyota for 0w20 or even better 0w30 when we go in for an oil change and still keep our warranty??

Please please reply to me scotty. Ive got an 06 Jeep grand cherokee SRT8 with the 6.1 hemi. It overheats almost immediately idling or driving. Its got a new tstat, waterpump, radiator and hoses, and fresh coolant. The resivoir bubbles after i shut it off tho. The oil and coolant both look fine, And it doesnt leak. I brought it to the local hemi guy her in MN and he saud it had a huge air pocket. It was fine for 3 days and started over heating again.

@Scotty Kilmer. I took over a 94 12 valve that has sat for 5 years with no fuel. Can i loosen the new fuel filter i got and use a rag and a air hose at the fill cap to prime fuel to the pump?
