If not inspected by either physically looking at them or getting an oil analysis you could run the chance of ruining your iconic S54 motor. In this video I’ll take you through the process of getting rod bearings replaced and hopefully educate you further on the topic by having mechanics do and explain the job itself. Bro so yesterday I went to carguru to test drive a 2020 240i xdrive killer deal with only 12k km, car is amazing fast asf and playfulness is plenty I was so excited until mid way through while test driving the car the engine light came on and a battery warning also came on like wtf, now I'm so so sad cause I ain't buying that. ☹
