I sold my bike because I was going out on my busa and doing crazy things to get a buzz that pushed back my anxiety, depression and PTSD for a little while. And sometimes when it didn't work I had fleeting thoughts about not going home, really easy when are going that hard.
I ended up getting help for my conditions which were caused in the Aussie navy.
You are absolutely correct that Danny's courage is helping thousands of men like us. If he ended up on a 1250RT BMW and went to crazy places I wouldn't think less of this amazing fella. The bike, as you say is not relevant to the message.
I suggested that Danny say f HD and keep going with a custom bike.
