Arco fills you all in on what happened last week, it was a tough week but he is back on track and ready to start hammering down on Rogue.
Arco is not in anyway looking for sympathy what his does want is to reduce the stigma for men’s mental health. It is possible to live a productive and full life with a complicated mental health issue.

Dane man. I feel bad that you have that burden in your life. I have dealt with clinical depression, have epilepsy, deal with cronic fibromyalgia and genetic bone disease that I too, take meds for. And I am on full disability since 2012, and I am only 48 yo this November. And I have 10 years sober, brother! And yeah, it really sucks that my health sidelines myself from getting out in my shop and other "normal people like activities" but yeah, I am fortunate to have made it THIS far. But, that's what we both are. We are survivors. Just keep on pushing on man, and best wishes! 🤘

No judgments here. I think talent has a “cost” I suppose. If not, we would be unbearable to other folks. Meaning, something has to keep us humble or as humble as we can be. No one is perfect. Like I said, Im glad you are still here and that he overdose didn’t kill you. Stoked someone was there to catch you. Aloha.

It takes an exceptionally brave person to publicly share a mental illness they are living with, you are that person! Thank you for sharing!

I don't have schizophrenia but do suffer from depression and other mental issues. You have to just try to remember everyday that there are people that support and love you.
