We all enjoy your videos Rowan but equally, we all have our problems, I use your vids to take me away from other distracting issues. You should never ever be afraid to talk to other people about your own. The worst thing you can do is leave it! Pretty much all guys who tune in here & probably have their own issues, you have the vehicle (no pun intended) to release your thoughts & in doing so may just help someone else do the same. – It's Good To Talk. So sorry to hear about the dog, I won't have any more animals now because it's just heartbreaking when they go. (I noted your Christian name on Instagram, hope you don't mind me using it! (by the way, when you get a moment I've sent you a follow request on my new Instagram page, you followed me on the old one, I would appreciate it if you could accept my request. (bikeops2021) Anyone else who shares our interests is welcome to follow my ista page also.

You must think why is he telling me to do what I've just done? Well tbh after watching the first 5 minutes or so I totally jumped the gun! You see my son suffers from Asperger Syndrome & I know how difficult life can be, we always knew he was different, so different from his older brother, when we realise fully he was around 13 years old. this was only about 7 years ago & we had an almighty battle for over two years trying to get some kind of official diagnosis of his condition, through my wife's sheer determination & not allowing people to fob her off with '' it's just a phase he's going through' type comments. Eventually, we had an official diagnosis & he was categorised as suffering from Asperger, that on its own makes life for us all as a family so much easier.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my lovely dog Daisy recently, she made it to 17 years and that's a win. Lots of good dog years were had! I suffer from neurological issues that affect my vision and short term memory, like you, I tried to pretend that hiding my situation would make it less of a problem. I'm still figuring it out after 50+ years. Seeing all of your tools and parts organized into such a small space makes me want to get my little shop together and start fixing my old bikes that need attention. Thank you for sharing things about yourself, you are giving a gift to others by doing so.

Fantastic upload! They should teach the importance of mental health in schools. Nice work!
