Great video bud
Why is my dad in the thumbnail ?
2:32 As one who at age 17 left a front tooth on the pavement after a car pulled out in front of me and I went twirling, landing on my face, I will never, ever where an open face helmet ever again! I was really lucky my face swelling and road rash healed up OK. Still have short-term memory issues from concussion.
I high sided my Victory Cross Roads At 30 mph, flew 20 ft and slid another 15ft with leather jacket and regular jeans jeans. Leather jacket had minimal padding. And I had a half shell helmet. Only thing I broke was my big toe. And no road rash. Helmet worked exactly how it was supposed to. Just saying.
with all the gear you wear, why not buy a car? i mean after all, you're on 2 wheels. there is risk if you ride.
wearing all the protection you mention give up riding. i've been riding 40 plus years. i wear jeans a t-shirt, cowboy boots, no helmet or gloves. yes i've had a few accidents, and i've walked away with a few bruises. yes, i've been lucky.
Not sure if this video exists yet but, I’d love to see a video of you riding around and just relaying to us the safety thoughts that are going through your head. Explaining why you are doing what you are doing, what you are thinking about things happening around you…things like that.
Great info. Watch rolling through those stop signs. Keep the videos coming.
What about Aramlith jeans?
I bought my gear couple pieces at a time over a few months so I wasn’t splashing £1000+ in one hit
Roaming between the sides of his lane, riding one handed. Rolling stop signs. No possible way he’s not distracted while talking away. Yup, take advice from a guy that rides recklessly. Gear will ONLY help so much. I’d focus more on improving skills and awareness. Know where crashes happen and why they happen.
