Was a strength coach for 17 years. Strength training doesn't actually make many cardiovascular adaptations.. certainly much less than cardio. Humans evolved to chase animals in the savanna for miles, so do some cardio guys, in addition to lifting. The sessions don't need to be long. It will improve your mood, your energy & stamina, and keep your belly lean. This is my current favorite channel.

Emotional health is regulated by this triangle. Emotional health is something you cannot control directly. Emotions are bi products of our objective reality experience and enable us to interpret a subjective reality of world. Since the statement "emotional health" now is understood as a subjective health so to say (if you were to treat the emotion directly it'd be different for everyone) but if you treat the objective reality (what determines emotions and their regulation) it's much simpler to correct deficiencies and find consistent results across a population. therefore, if someone makes their feelings your issue, don't believe them. Their emotions, their responsibility.

Hi Rich,
If I strictly just want to lose fat/weight, exercising or not exercising, do you recommend eating five small meals a day or the typical three square meals; breakfast lunch dinner? Any specific diet plan? I donโt believe in the hype for losing weight by intermittent fasting since I get hungry.
