Lots of plant eaters have k9s ..humans are blunt ,short ,straight ,meat eaters are long ,curved ,and pointed ,also sharp ..don't kid urself pretending ur a meat eater..all the strongest animals are plant eaters ..protein from plants is superior for ur health ..ever heard of a horse ,elephant, gorilla ,rhino ,buffalo ,bull ..wake the fuck up ..everything else he says is spot on ..he just has cognitive dissonance as far as diet goes ..its not his fault its manufacturing and marketing to make u eat what they make the most money from ie eat animal products and their secretions then when ur ill take these pills and have these operations …there's a reason why vegans are the best at elite sports

Threw away my microwave years ago. Good food is not fast- convenient food isn’t good.

Did the TRT deepen your voice?

Better movements, better nutrition, and better rest (which includes stress management), is the best recipe for physical and immune resilience for longevity!

Using a microwave is like using radiation on your food. I have a microwave, it is a timer, and a clock. Even a frozen Schwan's frozen dinner can be baked or cooked in a pot, skipping the microwave altogether.

I agree with your 3 aspect food, sleep & exercise. For me also important is life long learning of new skills and knowledge (specifically history of science, technologies & innovations) …

No homo, but homeboy's physique is the ideal I'm looking for in myself.

It's fit but not try-hard fit. It's also far from sloppy and overweight.

Guys should all look for that functional strength physique.

It's called non ionizing radiation. That's what cooks food in a microwave. And its everywhere! Your ear buds, your laptop, your cellphone. A microwave steams your food. Heat is a product of molecular excitation. It doesn't matter the way your food is cooked. The end process is the same. And the difference between human hormones and poultry hormones is so great that even if you ate that bird raw it do nothing to you. Growth hormones are water soluble which means that the act of cooking the meat will destroy them. The same is true for lipid based hormones. Lastly there are natural trans fats called ruminant trans fats and these do not have the negative effects that artificial trans fats have. In fact there are studies indicating a positive impact on human health from the consumption of them. You're close on many points here… but you need to a little more research on these topics. That being said I have greatly enjoyed the vast majority of your work.
