Fenndog Aussie Gypsy has battled Mental Health and Depression, not only with himself but with friends and family around him.
I traveled 3 hours south of Sydney to meet and chat with Matt, about his upcoming walk. He will be walking over 4800km from Cape York to the Southern tip of Tasmania in 140 days.
The journey is called the Cape to Cape (For a life worth living), and will being raising awareness to Mental Health and Suicide, as well as raising funds for Livin, Black Dog Institute and RU OK Day.
