There is a proposal in the Texas House to tax hybrids and EVs by $100 and $200, respectively. It is a second try from the last legislative season where it died in committee.
I'm sorry, I very much wanted to come to the live stream,! But at the best of times, when I try to chat to you, I tend to suffer from foot in mouth 'disease' and can't stop myself from saying something deeply inapproriate, like I did just now given your a livestock farmers daughter and would have first hand knowledge of foot and mouth. But for the last few days… I have had a snowball (60mg DHC 40mg Methylphenadate) in hells chance of being that rational! So I hope it went well. I'm now going to watch and try not to comment again.

I have a hybrid gas and electric. I don't have much problems in the winter. Do you know much about the winter cold preheating in total electric? What about non plug in hybrids in winter? Then the difference between both? I love the hybrids for sure. Mine is not problematic in the winter and I have been in it the 2nd winter.
