Will you marry me, we have the same passions in cars,turbos and merchandise, great job on your set up. I have bought 2 new c8 vets to play with, adding exhaust and then some. Both are going to have custom exhaust,turbo set up that will blow your mind. New clutch that nobody has and my turbos will be under the hood with custom CNC tubing. I hope all goes will. One to drive everyday and one to turbo. Sending one out to ??? to get no less than 1500 HP. They have already done one for a friend of mine no mine is next, it will be there for a few months for an all first time set up, wont take the chance making junk, i spent way to much on these cars to get junk!! Keep you posted here on the tube once i get i get some footage. I don’t post i just look but once the 2 of them are complete i will post my first ever on my channel.
Piggyback means ECM doesn't know exactly how much torque it's making anymore. TCM is applying clamping pressure based on the lower than actual ECM tq and then the clutches slip. A real tune on ECM/TCM will hold much more even on stock clutch packs. This has been covered in GT-R and VW/Audi land already. At some point upgraded packs are needed, but this isn't enough power over stock.
