    Yeah with events that's going on we most definitely have to pray and cease and prioritize our thoughts. Also what Ive been doing lately is doing a daily check in journal on myself; like I'm how feeling, what I want to focus on for that day, and any problems I'm dealing with I write down how can I solve them and ask God to help me. I let tomorrow worry about itself just like it says in scripture Matthew 6:34
