oh dear, looks like the lack of outriggers extended helped cause this. What I don't understand is why the driver had to move the crane way over to that side. Unless the crane had a problem and locked out, and he pressed the over ride button on the remote, thus causing the crane to further swing away.
Fucking dingbat. He had so many chances to stop it happening. Fucksake.
