Ye jitne bhi dr ya therapist bolte hai ki permanent solution hai tinnitus ka wo galat bol rahe hai. Ye person to person depends krta hai ki reason kya hai.kisi ko vitamin deficiency ki wajah se hota to kisi ko jyada time high noise wale me kaam krne se hota hai. Try kr sakte ho but chances kam rehta hai permanent thik hone ka.
