    Always enjoy your show Steve, you're very helpful. Hadn't heard that the killer had committed suicide but knew about the rest. I consider you to be not only a lawyer but an investigative reporter also. Of course it doesn't hurt to have an inquisitive mind as an attorney.

    While it seemed it a miscarriage of justice, my criminal justice textbook at college certainly claimed that the "twinkie defense" was a thing. It seemed odd to me at the time, so your stance on this does not surprise me, to be honest.
