2020 f@@k off? Is that it?
Any idea where I can get a decent torch?
The dodgy feed is making this unwatchable.
If they don’t provide proper support, they deserve the same degree of degradation in sales…
Thank you John for the commentary on 2020 mental health. It's been a tough year for many.
I lol'd about the Skoda. I have a 2007 Octavia. I love it and it's been great but I can't bring myself to recommend to friends and I'm too scared to buy another.
If your ever down Alexandria way picking up a car I'd be honoured to buy you a cold beverage.
Hoping for a better 2021 for all of us.
I wonder if you can get a 'tonfite' – a Tonfa with a light included?
What is the 'least depreciative vehicle on the market today – other than utility vehicles? Ok, might as well include them too…
im sure the comment about the nrma, was a joke.on his way to a breakdown.
As a fellow left handed I totally agree you about living in right handed world we have very few left handed products.
It’s amazing in the modern health and safety world that we live in I’m surprised that there aren’t more products aimed at us to safely use.
Surely we are only one major court case away from our struggles of using right handed products as no suitable products are available on the market.
Isn't it the case with AU consumer law that your business is with the point of sale not the manufacturer? The UK works like that and the 2 pieces of legislation are related and call for relatively similar things. So your refund/replacement claim/suit should it come to that is with the dealership, which is something like PoopyPants Ltd, not Mitsubishi Motors Whereever usually… and that means that the dealership's business is to pass the ball up to the importer and the manufacturer AFTER they have refunded you.
The issue that confuses everyone about besides the red herring we know as warranty is the fact that you do send electronics and other things to the manufacturer's service network but if the product ultimately does not meet your reasonable expectations you turn to the merchant you bought it from and ask for a refund not keep emailing with the manufacturer because they are not legally obliged to even deal with you.
This is the story of how I got 2 laptops refunded for different shortcomings after having used each one for more than a year. One kept blowing up its VRM circuitry and the other one would drain its battery while spending 2 days off in a backpack. In both cases I did the dance with the servicing sent it in, they kept replacing entire main boards without actually diagnosing any of the problems… just swap the whole thing out with an identically flawed one… it turned out to be a failure of the model… yeah my luck I know…. generally service departments of manufacturers are shit at best and abysmal at worst in electronics and cars are similarly treated by dealership service departments in my experience. Ultimately I needed to get the evidence that I tried the responsible avenue of rectification of the problem. The service centre said they fixed it. The problem still persists. This is not reasonable expectation… there you go dear webshop I bought it from do with it what you will, and please send me a refund. Thank you.
You think the humidity was bad? I was working a shift loading, driving & unloading vans full of miscellaneous goods (shampoo, camping gear, alcohol coffee, kids toys, adult toys etc.). All in the open.
