She was hoping to determine what factors might have led to Dahmer killing 17 young men. A judge later ordered his brain cremated as well at the request of Dahmer’s father, Lionel.

Funny because his dad was on Larry king saying he wanted to find out everything why his son's brain was a certain way but then cremated it??

Honestly after researching so much I think his mother was a selfish self-absorbed pill popper and his dad was addicted to working. Somewhere in between Jeffrey Dahmer was definitely neglected and he was suffering from mental illnesses that was never detected by his parents because they were not there for him at the end of the day!
All the pills this woman took while pregnant with Dahmer was a big reason he was crazy. Dumb dragon.
I wish scientists would have been able to study his brain and figure out what screws he had loose in there.
I don't think it's an unusual request. I'd have wanted to have it studied as well. See if there was any abnormalities there that could give some insight into why he was the way he was. But I also get why his dad didn't want to bother and just wanted to move on from it all plus respect Jeffrey's wishes. I do wonder if he would have turned out different had he come from a happier home or been comfortable enough to be open about his sexuality. The stuff he was into was just so out there it makes me feel he was maybe born that way, but we will never know unfortunately. Honestly it's too bad he was killed in prison because he wanted the death penalty. Him being forced to serve his sentence would have been worse punishment imo. Scarver gave him what he longed for.

This is fascinating that they're that ignorant to keep deflecting the blame when they are his parents. Evil can be taught groomed forced upon you when you come from different situations. Y'all abandon that damn kid and put them in strange situations the end…. should have let him know who Christ was too because he ended up inquiring about that before he died.
