ive had the same on my old golf. you can fix it, with junkyard parts. it will never be a 10. but you can make it driveable again.
12:05 dont do things to quick man. take easy steps. just fix the estate to make it look decent, not perfect. and go on with the cabby. and after that if you decide to keep the estate do it on a slow pase.
Using a couple of planks to shallow out the slope will get the wagon into the garage mate. Also look at a suspended ceiling rack at the back of the garage to give you more storage and room. Feel for you buddy, but these things happen to all of us at times – keep soldiering on and all will come good!
I mean the fender is rotted, just get a new one
