31:30 NOOOO!!!! I can't believe you guys are actually using those piss-poor "zip tie" things to mount that fan! Those things are absolute garbage. The weight of the entire fan is being supported by the (very thin) tubes of the radiator (or cooler), and when the car is driven, the plastic straps rub against the tubes, and wear through them (especially, if your luck is anything like mine!).
BTW, this is a really cool project and you guys are doing a great job on it!
