Nice to see you after all these years, and you should be proud of sharing a difficult story for the benefit of others. I'm glad you pulled through it dude. I've had/have my own issues with mental health too, so I know how scary and isolating it can be, but you're right, talking and opening up is everything. Take care pal. X
This resonates so much with me but not the happy part unfortunately, I am currently still struggling after years and years… I have told everyone I know I suffer with depression and anxiety but it's only ostracized me from the local community… Nice eh? I don't have much left to give.
