You have much more experience in EMS than I do. I stuck my toes in that pool for only 3 years as a volunteer, I believe I would have done more if I had got into it at younger age. All of it rewarding but at a price. Very few of us are built to shoulder that for an entire career. I'm glad things are going well for you and wish you continued success. I know I get a lot out of your cycling videos and desperately want to get back into it myself. I hope you are enjoying the new ride.
Keep doing what you're doing my man. You had a big influence on me as a first time rider, because of you I'm always in full gear and know what to look out for while riding <3 Cheers my dude 🙂
It is interesting. When I ride I feel free, I can calm down very quickly and don't think about anything. Stress melts away. It is cool to see different outcomes from the same experience.

Ive been struggling with anxiety and ptsd since my car accident back in April, on top of complex ptsd from childhood crap. I totally understand the "blegh" feeling.
