Gratitude each morning for the small things is so powerful. I have been where you are and it's depression. It is hard to feel grateful when you have a cloud over you. Definitely exercise, as this releases so much for the mind. Daily for me helps incredibly. Take each day as a new one. Be grateful for that one day and things you have in it. Don't chase happiness, as happiness is the everyday moments you get in each day. Don't put so much pressure on yourself, let it happen with the little things. You got this. Do what you love, enjoy x
