We have something a bit different on Rybrook TV this week, this is the first episode in the news series and videos and podcasts from us. In the first episode we wanted to talk about the last 12 months and how difficult things have been. It is vitally important to talk about our mental health and at some point we have all struggled during the pandemic. We thought the perfect car for this first episode was our Land Rover Defender HUE. We also discuss some of the cars we are looking forward to seeing this year and some of the exciting things that are planned for Rybrook TV.

Yes it has been incredibly tough and your forthrightness and down right honesty on what could be described as a 'blokes' channel [Incorrectly!] For me the 'black dog' has been circling and for two guys like you to address this subject so directly is incredible. Had to have a 'word with myself'. Share so much of what you both experienced. Thank you.
