Back when we took the ’69 Charger to @FitechEFI in Riverside, CA to be upgraded with an EFI system, we decided to hook up a couple GoPros inside the Charger, and let Mike and Carter do the rest.
During the ride, the dynamic duo reminisce about a few of the previous RM sweepstakes cars and winners. They also talk about the ’69 Charger 440 Magnum, our baddest giveaway car yet!
In fact, there’s just a few days left to enter to win this classic Mopar or $50,000 cash, so rack up on a bunch of entries by signing up for the RestoMods Car Club, then hit our store for even more entries!

The charger of course. Mopar or no car
Nice talk guys. That Bel air looked great. All the cars you have given away have been amazing Vehicles.
Good luck to all the great car guys out there that have entered this time around.
The 57 150 was my favorite. I had one which was prostreet with 502. Miss that car! The 69 Charger will help me get over that though!! ๐
Texas needs a winner!!
Trick Question… all of them were awesome!!
In a way, I was hoping you wouldn't ask why we want this car. You always see those stories about "Me and My kid", My wife had kids, so I wasn't allowed to own a muscle car. My dog ate the title, my cat pissed on the heater core, etc, etc. So now you get my story, for whatever it's worth to you. For one, I'm probably older than most of your fans. ( Big deal. We're getting old, but not dead yet.) My entire life my grandfather was car dealer. But not just any car. No. He always sold Chryslers and Dodges. When the Super Bee's came out, he took me and my father to the dealership one Sunday just to take out a new 440 Magnum. Somewhere between Glens Falls NY, and the Canadian border I fell in love with Mopar muscle. Not too long after I enlisted and went to Vietnam. But I knew when I got out, that I'd buy from my grandfather, and have the car of my dreams. But life doesn't always work the way we plan. So when I came home on the July 4 weekend 1971, I did what any red blooded soldier would have done after the cheers and pats on the back from your mothers and fathers. ( a little sarcasm there ) I went out and got drunk with some cousins. Well, before I got to even see that grandfather, he died about 2 days after I hit the states. (the story gets really good here, but it has nothing to do with muscle cars, so I'm going to omit that part. ) I got out of the service just over 18 months later. It took me a bit, but I finally got my first Chrysler product. A 1965. Kept it for a bit then went up to a 1967. All the time working up to something bigger and better. Then I found a 1969 Imperial in extremely good shape, so I bought it. That car was my final stepping stone to my dream car of that time. About a yr. went by, and one day I found a 1973 Road Runner used on a Chevy lot. At 70 MPH, kick the gas once, and hope you don't end up in the back seat. This car had balls to spare. I found that Sunoco 260 gave it the best power. Then the price of gas went up to $ .75 a gallon, and my wife at the time freaked. As much as I hate to admit it, I let her talk me into selling it for a 4 banger. ( I know, I deserve to be shot ) So, right now, I'm a 69 yr old 100% disabled Vietnam Vet looking at a small chance at the "brass ring". Except the Cobra, had it been a Ford, I have no doubt I would have looked right past it. Honestly, I wish all the entries good luck. But personally, if I do win, I have to go for at least one speeding ticket. This way when they pull me over and ask if I know why they stopped me I can say, " sure do, I let you."
Iโm very excited and happy about this beast. Canโt wait for my entries to win it ๐๐
also that bel air is a piece of beauty ๐
Although i do love that 67 fastback and was hoping to bring it home there's some kind of deep iconic nostalgia about the 69 wedge look of the charger. I had a 72 Challenger R/T in high school and couldn't help but always take a double look at those 69s. Plus, the chargers had a lot more room in the back seats, important stuff back them. : )
