Ay im in the utah state aviation program think I saw u at the airport

I'm 34, and about to take the SEL and MEL commercial checkrides. I have my instrument rating multi and single, and tail wheel endorsement. I have 52 college credits towards an aviation associates degree from a local community college. I have not yet obtained a degree. My end goal is either an airline or corporate career. It doesn't matter to me. I've been in the construction field as a small contracting sole proprietor for longer than I planned. It's time to grind for a change.
Q's:
Do I really need a degree? Are applicants being hired with just 1500hrs and some or no college? I plan on building the time banner towing, and instructing. I have a construction business background to fall back on should I need to. Very mechanical, electrical, computer smart, fast learner with good morals and character. I feel behind where I expected myself to be by this age.
Hey sir, I have another idea for you for a future video. If you know any mainstream airline pilots, have them on your channel answering questions like. How do you prepare for a flight, flight planning etc. And other questions/comparisons of mainstream vs corporate.

The II I had at the end of my instrument training was a student I started flying with at the same time. She left my school to go to ATP after private and she got her instrument, commercial, multi, CFI, CFII, and MEI and came back to work at my school 12 months later. It was definitely weird to get signed off for my instrument checkride by her.
But she spent 3 times as much as I ever would for training. Granted, she's not far away from moving on to the airlines, but fuck. That's a lot of money.

Speaking of the fascinating topic of weather.. just you doing a q&a/banter session about all the cool and neat, nifty little things regarding weather, that you have experienced yourself and also awesome and peculiar phenomenon and stories experienced and reported by some of your high time (senior) bro's .
