This is one strange story!
A pilot flew a plane into his Utah home while his wife and a boy were still inside. The wife and boy escaped safely, but the pilot, 47-year-old Duane Youd, did not survive.
Here is the back story:
The crash came hours after Youd was involved in a domestic violence incident which had him arrested and booked into the Utah County Jail on Sunday evening.
Youd made bail Sunday night and returned to his home after midnight local time with an officer to gather belongings and his truck. Shortly after, at around 2:30 a.m. Monday, he flew the twin-engine Cessna into the house.

Happened August 13, 2018. Was his employer's Cessna 525 twin-engine Citation JET. But why not create a bunch of clicks on this topic which means some dollars, right?
As I mentioned in another clickbait video here, the FAA finally recognized mental-health as an airman medical condition after the 2015 German Wings flight 9525 crash. Since, the FAA has allowed (NOT barred) many pilot applicants to obtain a Medical Certificate where before they could not. As a result, many airman careers were saved. Although, just like any other medical condition, each Medical Certificate application is reviewed on a case-by-case evaluation.
FAA Form 8500-8 (Application for Airman Medical Certificate or Airman Medical & Student Pilot Certificate) Section 18 – Medical History asks 23-questions. 'Yes' answers obviously/understandably can be subject to deeper review. Not all medical conditions are disqualifying. Now, not all mental-health conditions are disqualifying. Pre-2015? A professional pilot participating in relationship counseling could be subject to Medical Certificate review. Not one anti-depressant prescribed pharmaceutical was allowed. Now, we've made progress. BUT< this is way too-deep for barstool banter, now ain't it?

We should start by saying that when the authorities take away millions of people's freedom because of one random isolated rare event the problem isn't the event itself at all. And the answer is not to obey and behave but to go get those how ruled out of their homes by the hair. Furthermore I never believed in these stories, I think when authorities want to tighten people freedom they create an event or wait for one to happen and blame it on it.
I couldn't even begin to think of going through the actions of crashing a plane into my own home
