    Definitely gonna have to try the vibrating pillow for cramps. Also I'm an avid supported for menstrual cups, been using almost 2yrs, almost never had a leak, it can be messy, but I have 2 and a hard plastic case, so you can put the used on in the case when in a public bathroom, and wash out when you're in a shower room that day
