I'm not bothered by your comments concerning your period but keep in mind men don't talk about their testicles🤣🤣
Hey love. Sounds like you may be struggling with endometriosis (I do as well). The throwing up, shaking, diarrhea, extreme pain is not normal. I have all the same symptoms. Unfortunately there’s no cure (most doctors just want to throw birth control or anti inflammatories at us) but we can really only heal ourselves and deal with the inflammation through diet and other external factors such as removing toxins from our environments. Look into it a little! There at plenty of women speaking about it on YouTube. You may be able to bring yourself some relief! God Bless You!
Thanks for sharing. Yeah I get real emotional around that time too like Lord what's wrong with me but it's PMS and hormones. Soooo annoying.
Jesus Christ 😳😟. I had absolutely no idea that there was a such thing as a period cup 😩. Idk How tf y’all walk around with those things
thank god im not the only one who experiences those horrible "episodic periods" lol. I be lying on the cold bathroom floor in absolute pain and it succkkkkkss D;
I came back to say I tried a vibrating heating pad for cramps mannnnn I layed on it it felt so good. Thanks for the tip👍🏽😍
Great tips!
I just want to add something; I used to suffer from menstrual pain, but I found that ginger really helps with that. I use ginger drinks, it helps with the headaches, the flow (makes it flow faster), and the cramps. You can make your own ginger drinks, just throw the ginger root in a blender and strain it afterwards. Try ginger! Really works for me.
I'm a man but the reason I watched the whole video is because I just love to hear you speak lolz but don't get mad at me for saying so ok.!%?…
Yes, a period app is sooo helpful. I used one for awhile but now I track myself. I am also more aware of my moods which start before I get my TOM (time of month) which is helpful for me. I prefer using stuff that is chemical free. Love this video, and you gave great tips. I am planning on getting my cdl and teaming up with my husband who already has his.
@4:11 Definition of Episodic "occurring occasionally and at irregular intervals".
You used the word correctly.
