To everyone who is complaining about why he said 10 years So let me do some maths for you guys : 1 year = 365 days and you don't bleed everyday, it's monthly and 1 month = 30 days So let's assume on average period lasts for 4-5 days Now add = 5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5= 60 days OR (5×12=60) That means we beed 60 days in a year. Now add on 60 days for the yearly cycle until women reach menopause. That's how we will get 10 years.

It's not really 10 years Period usually starts at the age of 9 – 14. But maximum girls start bleeding at the age of 12. Period usually stops at age to 45 – 50. Period happens in a cycle of 28 days it lasts 3 – 7 day or more. I've calculated that a girl have period more than 400 times in their lives. But some people still think that girls are weak. We're not weak we're the most beautiful thing in god's creation ❤
