Compassion and empathy, the truest of humanities qualities. Thank you all who hold this in their hearts!

Paul is breaking my heart. I've been there. It's the worst feeling and is both mentally and physically debilitating!

I've never wanted to hug someone as badly as I want to hug Paul. Hearing him say how lonely and hopeless he felt was absolutely heart breaking. I truly hope he found a way out of his darkness.

I feel so badly for the man with anxiety. It's sad when employees get away with bullying and tormenting their co-workers. I've seen it happen. This man could have perhaps improved with a supportive work environment.

I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression about 1 month ago… I cannot believe that I was feeling like this for years… The society we live in tells us that we are only crybabies and to suck it up… But there comes a time when you cannot do anything. I'm glad i got help and i hope to get better.

my anxiety recently got so bad that i thought i was having a heart attack. squeezing stabbing pains in the left side of my chest that radiated into my left arm. had it for 3 days before i allowed someone to take me in to urgent care. was immediately questioned about anxiety and then had my heart listened to. i was told it sounded completely normal, but as i was still having pain, i requested an EKG. results came back completely normal and i was promptly diagnosed with GAD and given medication to take twice daily. my anxiety still spikes, especially when i have something to do out in public, and the chest pain comes back. my anxiety has never caused chest pain like that, but i am slowly learning of new ways to cope with it. paul absolutely broke my heart.

I’ve had a loaded gun in my face a few times. That’s scary. But not as scary as a panic attack I can tell you
