Excellent video/discussion, guys, thanks for having the foresight and openness to do this. In my mid-50s now, I recognize that we are each truly unique with with our own set of characteristics to work with, and learning how to do that in a responsible, healthy way is one of our greatest life challenges! Kudos….and ride safe!

Far out this hits home so much … I’m 33 and have anxiety, 1 year ago I found out about gluten and stoped eating gluten and started running long distance. I was 134kg within that year I completed a half marathon and this year I’m going for a full 42km marathon. I have the exact symptoms your spoke about.. it’s all about getting to know your body and doing things to truly help ourselfs

RESPECT GUYS, I’ve said it before Mark it takes courages to sit down and discuss these issues as you have done and I’ve no doubt it has helped others and again nice to see you both mentioned your respective other half’s.
Thoroughly enjoyed this (as I do most of your ) video. Stay strong, Ride Safe and keep them sunny side up

When I'm having bad times I look forward to going for a ride or fishing or both that what keeps me going, not the pills. Pills help at first when ur really down but you cant depend on them. Strategy is the way u guys have it figured out thanks for the video.

Strewth, What a wonderful moment! You've made my day. I guess I was expecting the video title to be facetious. You'll outreach well doing stuff like that, Of course there's 7 thumbs down that were demanding I spose how to eliminate Keith Code's SR's.
Of course I'm nothing if not a champion for levity so I must say: I have panic attacks every ten minutes on the Bonang Road on weekdays when its full of logging trucks!………. Nah forget the levity I'm actually am nothing.

HUGE Mega Props to you both for being brave and smart enough to talk about some of our problems or things like this. In a world gone mad we must stand by each other. We each can make each stronger this way. What one of us lacks in one area, another can be more developed or experienced in etc. Smart Vid! Very good!

What can I say! As A nurse I can say bloody well done for recording this Mark! Respect both of you greatly for being brave enough! Not easy. Well done. Keep on Riding!
