Been riding the R 18 Bagger for just over a year now. Came from a Triumph Rocket Touring. The bike is brilliant, but my biggest issue is the lack of any real customizing possibilities. No OEM spotlights for the front crash-bars. No BMW own sissy bar, infant nearly no customizing parts from BMW. Wunderlich in Germany is the only company doing anything in this segment. I chose the BMW over a Harley because I wanted to be different, am now being punished for my choice by BMW in them not offering anything to make my bike a little bit special 🤮
my r1200st was brilliant cool in summer in traffic in winter kept me legs warm along with heated grips saved trying to reach the engine to warm the hands up a bit hee hee
I've never been attracted to huge bikes but this one, with that massive engine block, captures my heart.
I had an 80s bmw r65 and even that had a big 'ol engine block.
Hi, first thanks for the great content and reviews.
Don't usually do this bit but… if you still have the rash you need a dermatology referral. You probably need a biopsy. It is impossible to diagnose without a full history plus review and your GP may well have all in hand, if not, do push for a referral as there a several skin conditions (some rare that your GP is unlikely to have come across) that would be improved with earlier intervention. Eczema and psoriasis can be painful but not really like your symptoms and also you would have had the symptoms for sometime prior to acute 'flare'. Shingles is unlikely as follows the nerve endings and usually presents as a line of rash and blisters.Skin infection is possible but with that much pain I would have expected to see you more systemically unwell.
Please ignore all the diet stuff its a bit like homeopathy…. nonsense (apart from the the placebo effect, yes its a thing!)😄
I know there are true food allergies out there and these need careful diets and handling, but this when you go through a full allergy screen with a specialist.

Break your coccyx bone in your bum … A to put it back in place they have to find the doctor with the smallest hand … plus you can't really sit down for 5 weeks let alone go to the loo … lol i tried got a low rider s 117 with forwards control's… it's amazing with forwards lol

In Florida where it’s hot. No issues with heat. My v twin was a “NUT” roaster.
