I just passed my msf course and should be getting a bike soon. I will be doin a lot of this when I do. Like you said first 50ish miles in a parking lot.

Just a point from a sound person, in this vid your mic is extremely distorted about half the time while her's is fine. Your voice is loud enough to locate your mic a bit awayfarther from your headface to equalize the amplitude of you both so viewers won't have to 'gain-ride' throughout the video with a finger constantly on the volume rockerbuttons.

    Respectfully,

    Jo.

I can't see through the helmet, but I'd imagine she has the eye of the tiger

She is doing great. Gonna be doing much the same thing with my daughter soon. She's been riding dirt bikes for a couple yrs but I want her to have a lil more practice on a street bike before I let her run around lol

Good job! Sitting up close to the tank is way better on that bike. You can also squeeze the tank better with your knees.

I wish I could ride still * cries in Minnesotan *

I'm so glad I tought my girlfriend how to ride a her own dirt bike, before she got her own motorcycle. Even though they are both extreeeemly different, she caught onto the concept of riding on the street bike really fast. She started on a TTR125LE, then she got a Ninja 300, now she replaced her TTR125 with YZ125. Now we love riding both street and dirt, do it every week together. It's funny how stressful it can be to teach your significant other how to ride on dirt or street, even when they have their own bike, you don't want anything to happen to them or their bike, and you want to teach them every single detail when they start.

Hahah, how can you not want to accelerate when riding a motorcycle. Love to see another motorcyclist learn to ride. I like to hear/see her comments/gopro too. Nice video
