DDFM … love your instructional videos and how you explain what you do and your advice to Nikki. Like her, I recently purchased my own Honda Rebel 500 and am enjoying the roadways as a new rider. One request for yet one more instructional video would be a downhill negative camber turn from a stop or very slow speed? We have these in several areas in the Monterey Peninsula areas of California and they are the devil to negotiate. Riding these corners is something they didn't mention in the MTC Basic course and I haven't found information on any of the websites nor in publications. Thanks in advance and keep the video's coming.

I dont care if the roads was almost empty, its still out on the road and I've been there done that and I was sooooo nervous!!!! GJ thoo!! πŸ˜€ Have to add that the cars around me was the thing who made me nervous even if I wasn't a pro on MC, you never know what the cars (driver) will and can do without looking for Bikes!

I wish someone would train me like this! the MSF course literally had me riding the first day and tried to get me on the road. I did not know how to brake, use the clutch or where to put my feet. Im 5'3 and was on a giant cruiser, I could barely touch the ground. i had to lean the motorcycle a bit to reach with the tip of my toe.

5:22 lowkey thought that bin-bag was a turtle. dunno why. probably the way it's blowing in the wind makes it look like a turtle moving forward

  6. RIDE THE STORM

Carrying on a constant conversation while riding is absolutely the same as talking on a cellphone, It’s distracting and will cause a crash and confusion.

I dont know how this is in the US…but here in germany we have a traffic rule that says you have to use the right lane as much as possible. If there are 2 or more lanes, you have to pass another vehicle at least every 20 seconds and if you dont, move over to the right lane. So the middle lane is for those who want to pass those in the right lane and the left lane is for those who want to go even faster than those who are in the middle lane. But all of them have to switch to the right as soon as there is no one left to overtake. Also its forbidden to pass someone from the right.
