Ye i was stop on a hill leaving a restaurant today trying to merge onto a busy road stalled twice luckily guy stopped so i could get going
Trying to find instruction on going up a hill and doing a sharp turn like the entrance to a parking garage. Can't find it.
Your front brakes have more stopping power because, when stopping more weight transfers to the front tire. When on a hill at a stop, you have more weight on the rear tire, so the rear break will hold your bike better.
And what if you have a heavy passenger and are scared as hell?
you made it look so simple I can't do it damn it..
Well, long story short, I dropped a bike today for the first time since my first week of riding… I came to a complete stop then tried to turn right and also go up a steep mountain. It's a small village so the only thing that got hurt is my pride, as there's really no hiding from people I see daily. Does the CC and weight of the bike make any difference in the technique here?
I just passed my driving test and I find this video so helpful and so useful. Well explained, thank you so much.
lengthy video, it sucks. plz make it more shorter
Yep even small grade a challenge for new riders. Panic is always worse ya
Thank you for the video, haven’t tried it yet but the instructions are very clear. I have been trying and swearing, working with the throttle and front break at the same time until now.
Can’t wait til tomorrow to get out there and try this out.
