I have had numerous requests to compile all my camp cooking segments into a single video to make it easy to find one of the dinners seen in my adventure episodes. Producing new content has proven to be challenging for a number of reasons over the past few weeks so this was the perfect opportunity to tackle this project. Special thanks to subscriber Amelia F. for first proposing this idea. 🙂
These are presented from the most simple to the most complicated (though really, they’re all pretty easy). Here are time stamps if you want to jump to a specific dinner idea:
1. Canned Chili 0:18
2. Pot Stickers 0:49
3. Quesadillas 1:56 (three variations presented)
4. Teriyaki Chicken Ramen 4:42
5. Easy Beef Stroganoff 5:14
6. Pasta with Ground Beef & Onions 6:21
7. Pork Chops with Sautéed Zucchini 8:10
8. Lentils with Sausage 10:33
9. Stir Fry 14:34 (two variations presented)
10. Chicken Masala Coconut Curry 19:18
11. Mediterranean Pork Loin with Polenta 22:47

Thanks for the ideas! I really needed to add to my list of meals for the van.

This was a very “satisfying” and “simple” video, for us to enjoy while you work through your vehicle issues, it was fun to see all the past meals.

Great video as usual, how do you wash your dishes?
What are you using as the leg of your cooking drawer?
What a great video! Great, easy ideas and the video was put together in a great way!
Pot stickers in the microwave?
What nonsense!
Skillet / pan fried, or not at all! Come on Lucy!
Just ate and these are still making me hungry! Definitely going to steal a few of these ideas. I like simple quick easy meals that still taste really good!
Great recipe ideas and definitely need to check out trader joe's for some camping meals for me and the kids camping
Donald, I see that in some of your videos you are using the Coleman butane stove. I recently pulled my never used one out for an overland trip and used it for the first time. It had this odd tendency to slowly flame out. Initially the flame was strong and hot but the longer it ran the lower the flame went. just wondering if you had the same issue with yours or if mine was a fuel issue. I had the same issue with it during the power outage this past week so it's not ambient temperature or altitude related.
