    Glad y’all are back! It’s been a while. Great vid and update, too.

    Props to you on sharing about the personal stuff and mental health. I’m a licensed professional counselor/psychotherapist, and I can say that it’s great to see much of the taboo about getting therapy is being lifted. So many can benefit from it. Having a healthy headspace is just as important as eating healthy, going to the gym, having regular checkups with your doctor, etc. Again, thanks for having the courage to share that. Many folks need to hear it.
