i feel you bro, i usually don't get very angry but depression is sadly a huge part of my life and i'm a xan addict so i'm afraid to try anything like prozac or anything i could get addicted to
Stay healthy!
Glad you're doing better, man. Keep up the good work!
Hey ! Have you tried CBD oil to help you?
This planet is a trap.
O.. and Don't go to the light, that is much worse. Good luck
I had the exact opposite reaction to Prozac. I was pissed off constantly, my fuse was nonexistent. Like always at a 10. I dropped it as soon as I realized it and started working on my depression more naturally. It takes a lot of work sometimes but this way is so much better for me.
The thing about medication is that you have to find the right combination for you, which may be no medication at all. For me it took years of trial and error, and luckily ive found what works for me. Good luck on your journey and God Bless
Daniel I am happy for you getting it together with your mental health issues. Understand about medicine side effects. Hope you do well being off the medicine. Been on medicine for awhile now myself . It took some time to adjust and find the right combination. There was times it was hell. So I hear you. Just keep up the good work and videos .
Great hearing about this stuff, man. I've been on Zoloft for about two years now and I can honestly say it saved my life (it definitely saved my marriage). Like you, my reactions were almost always out of proportion to the situation. I'd go 0-60 before I could stop myself. With meds and therapy (DBT therapy to be specific), I react to situations a lot better and when I do start getting angry, I'm able to catch myself and ramp myself down before I fly off the handle. I'm lucky in that I've had no real adverse effects on the meds so I plan to stay on them. I wish you the best but hope you know when you can't handle it on your own anymore if you need to get back on them.
