    There are so many factors that can cause mental health issues, I have always thought of the Earth as an asylum in space. Just look at all the wars, genocide, economic pressures, family pressures, the courts system (don't get me started on those self regulating crooks) to name a few. The world is not designed for human happiness, but if anyone has mental health issues they should seek help. It is such a complex world sometimes I think that life has pleasure and pain but if we are never born we don't get either. Arthur Schopenhauer argued life was some kind of mistake.

    Here is a book Andy that helped me. Depression Why it happens and how to overcome it by Dr Paul Hauck. It is written for the layperson and may help someone depending on their circumstances.

    Hi Andy. Bob from Tasmania here. Don't let that DelBoy get you down mate. I have watched his video's and a lot of the time he really does not know what he is talking about. I feel that his comments were ignorant and hurtful, but as you say on youtube it goes with the territory although I was surprised as to what he had to say. I think that you are a great bloke and I enjoy watching your video's. You have a very calm clear way of explaining things that leaves the watcher completely understanding what you are talking about. I tried to watch Matt but he swears too much on his video's. The modern kids may like it but at 66 years old I can do without it. Please keep making your video's as I and so many others enjoy watching them. Catch you down the road Bob. Oh and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

    Shouldn’t it just be an unspoken rule amongst men that you never in the public domain you say that someone is going through depression or is about to lose their job because when they read that it’s put into perspective when that person reads it, because it’ll just put the person into a much worse headspace.
