Don’t wallow in bed for hours in the mornings thinking of the gloom. GO FOR A WALK. Force yourself to get up, go outside and walk for 30 mins and I promise you, it will make you feel better. No matter if you live in the city or countryside, just get up and go, no shower or faff – do that when you come back. I also add in a reward on my walk – which to me as a croissant and an ice coffee from the local shop! This helps with the motivation to get out of the safety of your bed.

    Thanks for sharing. I am a similar age to you and have had similar symptoms. A year ago I had my testosterone levels checked and they were low. I went to the men's health clinic in Dorset. I have been on trt for a year now. I must say my anxiety and depression has improved, less brain fog etc. Worth checking them out , won't hurt. Take care.
