Don’t wallow in bed for hours in the mornings thinking of the gloom. GO FOR A WALK. Force yourself to get up, go outside and walk for 30 mins and I promise you, it will make you feel better. No matter if you live in the city or countryside, just get up and go, no shower or faff – do that when you come back. I also add in a reward on my walk – which to me as a croissant and an ice coffee from the local shop! This helps with the motivation to get out of the safety of your bed.
I hope this helps a few of you 🙂

Chris, I was pointed to this by a guy that I met on a track day, who said that you were no longer 44 teething (not true I know but not the point). I have struggled with A&D all of my life, medicate and have great support but as you know it is internal. So much of what you have said sounds familiar (I.e. identical, abuse of those closest to me, complete inability to accept ‘injustice’), I am so pleased to see that I am not alone. I look forward to displaying my Lightning Bolt, with pride…
Great words well said .
Knowing that you suffer from the same thing as me….really makes me feel better. I really need to go to bed earlier and change my morning routine. Thank you for this video. Honestly, thank you.
I know exactly how you feel. Been in the same place. It’s effing awful. But I got through it with the help of mates. Totally agree with you about ‘conspiracy theorists’ – my family call me it all the time….but funny how much of what is considered ‘conspiracy theory’ is now actually true…..
Thanks for the talk. Good to see you back on the bike.
The language is a bit strong I get your agrovatated
So happy the Baron is back.
Walking helps me too. My true depression killer is time in the mountains, a day or two in almost complete isolation usually with my dog wondering around Snowdonia.
Resets everything for me.
Years ago when i was really down it honestly would light up my day seeing that you’d uploaded. Hearing that jingle and seeing your cam POV is giving me so much nostalgia. I’m so happy you’re doing these vids again Baron
I need these videos in my life right now. Don’t stop posting. Thanks for sharing this shit!
I’m waiting to hear if I’m approved finance for an R1250, wish me luck man. Really hoping it comes through and I can use it to get out and experience some good stuff and good people away from the shit in my head.
I’m an older guy that was diagnosed bipolar in 1988 before it became cool to have a mental disability lol a chemical imbalance isn’t something to not get treated for because it can definitely lead to death .. the problem with bipolar is one of the medications you need is a mood stabilizer and mood stabilizers make you gain weight and a lot of weight so even when big pharmaceutical says the new drug doesn’t make you gain weight it Does .. living with bipolar isn’t easy and over the last 40+ years I lost many friends to suicide that stopped taking there medication.. seek help because we can’t do it alone even when our brains tell us we can and we don’t need medication
