Don’t wallow in bed for hours in the mornings thinking of the gloom. GO FOR A WALK. Force yourself to get up, go outside and walk for 30 mins and I promise you, it will make you feel better. No matter if you live in the city or countryside, just get up and go, no shower or faff – do that when you come back. I also add in a reward on my walk – which to me as a croissant and an ice coffee from the local shop! This helps with the motivation to get out of the safety of your bed.
I hope this helps a few of you 🙂

i understand…..
Stop taking shitty meds which doesn't make a difference 🤦🏻‍♂️ Jesus
It was cycling for me that helped me hugely and regards bikes I always remember you trying to take the GSXR up a track that most wouldn't have taken a tractor
There should be open season on flytippers!
Thanks for sharing, you’re not alone, I’m right there with you. Also the injustices, discrimination, and harassment will only get worse by the popular crowd. As long as us outcasts don’t bend, we’ll be ok. Tipping my tin hat to you
I have been 'off' depression for about 15yrs…..riding a motorcycle is the best motivation for your brain ! Although riding a GS I would also be depressed !!!
Wow, brutal honesty for sure. You are not alone. I am with you. Walking beside you my friend. Thank you for your message, I sure heard it. I have been walking , hiking for at least 4 miles every day, no matter the weather. Sometimes more. My solace is my bike. I got back into motorcycling several years ago and it is my fun. It has been my salvation. Since then the demons have been more and more less, if that makes sense? It’s amazing how prevalent this disease is when you talk to people. My motorcycle has been a godsend . She is beautiful and does anything i ask of her. Just her and I. And that’s just freeing in itself. Maybe that’s it? The freedom, no questions asked. Brilliant! Best!
God bless you Chris, I always consider you a role model for things I’ve wanted to do on a motorcycle. You and Al Fagan are like the friends I wish I had. Please take care of yourself, talking about it and helping others is a great way to deal with it.
Always listening to your comic talks, this was different. Really good advices. Thank you. Getting out of bed and getting outside your house right away really helps. Gotta always remind yourself to not relax too much. Laziness is a serious issue our generation is facing and it branches out to other major issues later on in life. Best to you buddy.
