Don’t wallow in bed for hours in the mornings thinking of the gloom. GO FOR A WALK. Force yourself to get up, go outside and walk for 30 mins and I promise you, it will make you feel better. No matter if you live in the city or countryside, just get up and go, no shower or faff – do that when you come back. I also add in a reward on my walk – which to me as a croissant and an ice coffee from the local shop! This helps with the motivation to get out of the safety of your bed.
I hope this helps a few of you 🙂

Self loathing is an absolute cunt… I feel your pain Chris.
Thanks for being so honest.
The less you do the worse you feel,
The worse you feel the less you do…
Chris the last couple of years have been a shit show for sure, we have the whole 3 ring circus here in the US. Keep trudging forward, you and the 44 Teeth guys have helped me through it. I can count on you guys for a good chuckle when I am feeling down!
Exactly like me, Chris. I make excuses all the time! I used to find so much pleasure in going Boxing 5-6 days a week, now I haven't trained since lockdown and my mental health has turned again. I Tried to rejoin the Army again and they rejected me for going to the Dr's for help. It's so backwards, they cry out to say seek help, but then you get punished for seeking said help. Frustation to the max! Getting out on the Gixxer helps, sometimes… Sometimes it makes me more angry at the world because of how ignorant drivers are!
Chris, good video! I can honestly say i have walked for 30yrs now, i started doing it at 17yrs old for part of my weight loss regimine back then, but through the years it has not only been my daily exercise its became more of my mental friend, it makes me feel good, clears my mind, and have a more positive outlook on life.
Well, this is all too familiar… you will be all right mate. 🙂
Subed .Nice to Know your not alone with the struggles…Very Nice..i suffer from tur same as y
Beautiful words…..
As someone who was prescribed Citalopram for 10 years, finally starting to supplement Vitamin D every day honestly changed my life. I have gone from wanting to die everyday to actually enjoying getting up in the morning, I may have to start going on walks as well. I really appreciate you coming forward and bringing more attention to this issue that we and many others deal with on a day to day
I would love one of the stickers, but sadly I get page not found
Is there anywhere I can still get one?
Walking and running are definitely good for the old depressions. I’ve also found giving up booze has helped mine a lot
