We all have ways of coping with mental health. For me, that is motorsports. In this video I talk about how Motorsports had helped me deal with anxiety and depression. I’m usually pretty private when it comes to my health in general, but especially my mental health. I hope by sharing my story and my “treatment” it can help you.

I wish I could say motor sports could postively effect my mental stability, but 2 years of my trying to get my Miata back to the track has left me with a still busted Miata and no seat time. 😂
But I will say this video was nice and reminds me that I can’t give up on the dream. Thank you.
Sorry I'm watching this late. But this is great man ❤️
The car community is great. That's what I enjoy about drifting. We are all here to become better drivers so everyone seems to offer help to get you back on track.
I appreciate you talking about that part of your life. I understand it takes courage and we all, at some point, may feel out of place. Sometimes, a great hobby or meeting the right group can help us cope with our inner voices. Cannot wait to see more of your drifting. Cheers from Dominican Republic!! 💪🏼
The community is so good! I'm in the PNW – when I blew my engine back in December the staff at PARC was happy to let me leave my car overnight, a buddy with a truck and trailer went with me the next day to bring it home, and some other friends gave me an engine for free for the core return on my new engine. I'm moving soon and once I do that and start my engine swap I know I'll have a bunch of people ready to help!
Great Video!!
Drifting AE86 will make you feel all of these things. This is 100% legit, thank you for the video!
Thank you for making this video. I have a similar background of depression and anxiety and I can relate so well to this.
I was suffering bad when I first moved to Ann Arbor. I didn't have any friends and had nothing to do so I sat around by myself a lot and it was very unhealthy. I built up the courage to go to the old A2CE car meets for the first time and made some great friends that helped me get out of that dark pit. Cars, car people, driving, they save lives man. Thanks for sharing your story dude.
Glad i finally sat down and watched this. great video and insight man!
