Mental Health is something we have to be aware of. We have a lot of stresses in life and we have to find something to balance us. For me, it is motorcycling. There is no other feeling when you get some wind therapy.

Definitely helps in focusing yourself in the "now." It puts everything in perspective. And practicing being in the "now" even helps you figure out some of the stresses you have outside of motorcycling.
